Web Hosting Access Logs and Error Logs
For web hosting services, it is possible to activate access and error logging as an additional service. The logs are then accessible in the customer administration.
The additional access log and error log services are charged according to the current price list. You can activate them in the control panel, among the additional services in the detail of the specific web hosting service.
The access log service records every HTTP/S request to the website and its files.
The error log service records all errors related to the website (both Apache and PHP).
Log files are accessible in the control panel, in the web hosting service detail, in the left menu under the Logs link.
In both cases, it logs into files divided by the hour. Log files are available for 7 days.
Temporary Use
Both the access log and error log services can also be activated temporarily, in the control panel. The service is free for 24 hours and can be used once every 30 days.
